This issue tracking system is for workers as well as for the customer and client of job costing Construction contracting Project. Customer can see stage of submitted ticket and issues from website portal access via my account page. working hours can be defined by support team for this issue tracking system as well as they can fill up the timesheet of support issue ticket, this timesheet will be useful for create invoice from the working hours of the timesheet.
