Features of Odoo Conversations Dashboard
1. Chat Interface
This is the primary user interface that shows active chats, chat history and allows you to send and receive messages from Facebook, Whatsapp, and Instagram.
2. Configuration Interface
This is the Odoo user interface for setting up integration of Facebook, Whatsapp, and Instagram. Facebook and Instagram requires the page access token parameter obtained from https://developers.facebook.com/ and the verify token for webhook verification. Whatsapp requires the Whatsapp Endpoint and Whatsapp token obtained from https://app.chat-api.com.
