Features
Stats
The dashboard displays vital data: total vehicle count, available vehicles, vehicles under maintenance, total rental contracts, contracts in progress, returned contracts, and canceled contracts.
Vehicle details
You can manage vehicle rents, extra charges per vehicle, and track the status of available vehicles and those under maintenance.
Customer details
You can handle customer details for vehicle rentals, including phone numbers, email addresses, pick-up and drop-off locations, as well as the respective dates.
Rent details
Multiple rent types (days, kilometers, miles) are available, and all calculations are automatically performed based on the chosen rent type.
Vehicle images
You can add multiple images of rented vehicles to easily identify the correct vehicle.
Insurance policy
You can select multiple insurance policies related to vehicle rentals.
Damage and Lost invoice
After the vehicle contract is over, if there are any damages or losses, you can capture vehicle damage images and generate a damage invoice.
Cancellation policy
At any time during the vehicle rental process, you can cancel the vehicle contract and generate a cancellation invoice.
Extra services
You have the option to add extra services to the vehicle rental, and the charge for these services is based on the selected service.
Contract reports
You can generate PDF reports containing the details of the vehicle rental contract.

The details of vehicle contracts are accessible based on their status

If the rent type is set to "Days", all calculations and charges will be based on the duration of the rental in days.

When you choose the rent type as "kilometers", all calculations and charges will be determined based on the total kilometers traveled.

Selecting the "Miles" rent type calculates charges based on the total miles traveled during the rental

By selecting a payment type (full payment, monthly, weekly, quarterly) and clicking 'create installment' button

By clicking 'Create Installment', the system generates installments.

If the installment date is today and you haven't created an invoice, the system automatically generates an invoice.

You can upload vehicle images before renting the vehicle.
