Issues
when using META (Facebook)
- You won't be able to have WhatsApp on your phone or open WhatsApp Web.
- You need to create an APP in META, which is complicated and can cost you $100.
- You have to maintain a template system in META and synchronize it with Odoo (more complications).
They can charge you $20 for each template. - You need to send a template to initiate a chat (extra cost).
- You need to send a template to continue a chat after 24 hours (extra cost).
FAQ
If there is already an incoming and outgoing message in a chat, you can resume that chat whenever you want; days or weeks can pass without a problem.
If you send many messages a day to numbers that do not exist, WhatsApp may block you.

So, in first few days, start a chat only with customers you have saved in your phone.
